Questions
What information do I need to provide to book a trip for my group
or organization?
A detailed itinerary of your plans that involve
the use of the motor coach. Your itinerary should show your
departure point and time, stopovers side trips and destination.
Along with a $200.00 deposit we also require a contact name and
telephone number.
How is your pricing based?
Pricing for your trip is based on time
and mileage. We will provide a quote based on the information provided at
the time of your request. Changes to your itinerary may effect pricing.
Can payment arrangements be made?
Yes, a $200.00 non-refundable reservation fee
is required per motor coach. The balance is due two (2) weeks prior to
departure.
What happens in the event of inclement weather or mechanical
failure?
Right Road Express, Inc. agrees to make every effort
to prevent mechanical problems, but unforeseen problems may occur. Right
Road Express, Inc. will not be liable for delays or other problems
beyond our control. In the event of mechanical failure, driver illness
or other emergency preventing the driver from operating the motor coach,
Right Road Express, Inc. will replace the driver or motor coach as quickly as
possible.
What happens in the event of loss or damage of personal
property?
Right Road Express, Inc. is not responsible for loss
or damage of personal property.
